I am a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (Alberta) and Manual Osteopath with a passion for helping people achieve optimal health and wellness. With a strong foundation in massage therapy and advanced training in manual osteopathy, I specialize in personalized treatments that address chronic pain, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being. Additionally, I am a certified 500-hour yoga instructor, which allows me to incorporate mindful movement and holistic practices into my approach, empowering clients to live healthier, more balanced lives.

Originally from Alberta, I fell in love with the vibrant community and stunning landscapes of Nakusp, where I now proudly call home. My love for the outdoors fuels my active lifestyle—I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, snowboarding, and practicing yoga amidst the beauty of nature. These passions not only keep me grounded but also inspire my work, as I strive to help others move freely and live fully.
